Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Elite Xpression Dress or EDEA Ice Skating Bag is on its way to you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love your figure skating apparel as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our ChloeNoel Skatewear Dresses.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Figure Skating Bodywear and Figure Skating Tops unless they arrive defective or damaged

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:

  • All original packaging
  • Tags still attached
  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Step 3: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 1-2 business days with the same shipping method as your original order

Exchange Options

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item for:

  • Another size in the same style (e.g., IceDress Dresses)
  • A different color in the same style
  • Store credit for future purchases

Due to limited stock, we recommend checking current availability before requesting an exchange.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Figure Skating Outfit or Jackson Ice Skating Bag arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
